The Cursor 13 is a 6-cylinder, 4-stroke diesel engine with a bore of 135 mm and a stroke of 150 mm, resulting in a total capacity of nearly 12,900 cc. Power ratings range from 480 hp up to 580+ hp, with torque outputs between 2,200 Nm and 2,500+ Nm, depending on the version.
Equipped with Variable Geometry Turbo (VGT) or two-stage turbocharging (in certain Euro VI versions), the Cursor 13 provides continuous power delivery and outstanding torque at low RPMs. Its common rail injection system is electronically controlled, ensuring precise fuel management for maximum efficiency.
The engine meets Euro 3 through Euro 6 emission standards using SCR technology (Selective Catalytic Reduction) with AdBlue, and on newer versions, advanced aftertreatment systems with Diesel Particulate Filters (DPF).
